All I had to do was put in the offer, and buy it.

Anyway, to my delight, everything went smoothly, and that was the start of a beautiful business relationship...

I ended up buying quite a few properties through her. 

And that enabled me to scale my business far faster than if I’d just been sourcing myself. 

Don't fall into the trap of doing everything yourself...

Think about it: Steve Jobs didn’t do everything himself...

Bill Gates didn’t do everything himself. 

And neither should you, if you want to play in the big leagues.

Well, the bigger leagues anyway.
